i learnt something today..Happiness Is A Choice..wherever we r..& in whatever situation we were facing..like or not..we have to go thru it..solve the problem..& bounce back...

Happiness is not a journey but happiness is NOW..it depends on us to be happy or not..what i believe is..u got to put on that BIG smile even if u hurt inside..

..but today..i promise myself..to lead a happy life..no matter what i have to go thru..life is short..y should i focus on the unhappiness & the things which i do not know what gona happen?right? enjoy each moment..as it is ur last on earth ;-)

Today..just lazing at home..my whole body was aching..watching TV..done some reading 'simple abundance-a day book of comfort & joy' by Sarah Ban Breathnach ;-)miss reading so much..i didnt read 4 quite sometime..yeah should continue doin this..
